Warning regards credit expiration policy

Warning to all content creators, Pond5 can/will change their policy regarding the expiration of credits. As a result I have lost over $2000 worth of credits since they were originally bought in 2018. Since 2017 I have been working on a long-term project and the associate who helped with that credit purchase informed me the credits would not expire. However since then Pond5 have changed their policy to a 2 year expiration date on credits but there was no warning of this policy change. So far the lackluster customer service team has only offered me $100 in credits which is totally unacceptable. Up until recently I was very happy using Pond5 but this experience makes me seriously question continuing to do business with them.
