Autofill City and Country Field

Anyway to autofill the Country and Location City with metadata?

Thanks for writing in! You can batch tag multiple items in several ways:

1. You can create a template (https://www.pond5.com/index.php?page=clip_templates2) and just add the Country/City information, then apply it to as many items as you want on your uploads page. Check the box on the right-hand side of the uploads page for each item, then go to "apply (media type) template", select your template, then click submit.
2. From the uploads page, you can select all the files you want to tag, then go down to the dropdown menu and select "batch edit (media type)." You can then type in the location data, save it, and then submit for review.
3. You can batch tag items with a CSV. You can read this section in the Contributor Portal for tips on working with CSV's. https://contributor.pond5.com/getting-started/preparing-your-files/

Don't mean to hijack this thread, but searching template got me nowhere. I am trying to figure out how to create upload templates. I create templates but they do not save. They will not even create in safari, but even in chrome, I create them, but only the title saves and everything else stays empty.

Sorry to hear that you're having these issues. Safari definitely can have issues, so we recommend Chrome or Firefox to see if the issues can be replicated, which it looks like you've tried.

Please send us some screenshots and/or screen recordings of the issue at at support@pond5.com so our team can see what's happening, and then try and replicate it on our end. Be sure to include any information you'd like to be in the template so our team can try making it for you.
