Audio no playing when selected

When I click on the various songs in "Music" I get no sound.
My songs don't play, nor do any other songs
The "soundbar" doesn't even move, as if I didn't click it at all
It's been like this for a while now
Might be on my end, but I can't figure it out
Everything else plays on the internet... youtube, websites, etc.
I can even listen to audio on some video clips, but not under the music tab
Contacted support to no avail
Any suggestions?

I am not sure, if this is going to help but here goes.

Depending on the browser that you are currently using. In the tab of the browser there is a speaker button. You need to click on it to see if it is not turned off (Mute) from that browser. is it is just click it again to unmute it.
