Bullet Intro Audio

I just purchased the Bullet Intro for After Effects (http://www.pond5.com/after-effect/11139681/bullet-intro.html).
It is clearly stated on that page that the audio is included. Naturally I assumed ALL audio, because it doesn't say "SOME" audio, or "partial." It just says that it is included. After paying money for it, I download it and the readme.txt says that the melody isn't included. What good is this animation without the music that syncs to it?
What can I do to get the audio from this clip? I either need that or my money back, because it's is clearly false advertisement.

Hi,
Are the fx sounds included? The gun shots?
The page says "audio FX included" I would guess that means the gun shot sounds, not the melody.
But I can see where the wording is confusing. Have you either contacted Pond5 or sitemail the artist?
Sorry for the problems,
Jake

Thanks for the reply. The bullet effects are included. I was unaware that there was a distinction between "effects" and "melody." My assumption was that the statement "BONUS - AUDIO EFFECTS INCLUDE!" meant that I was getting all the audio I was hearing in the preview.
I've even tried searching through the music/sound effects in the Pond5 database to see if I could find it there. But with 250k files to go through, it would be pretty much impossible to find without having the actual name.

Yeah, searching for the music without a title would be impossible. In that case email the artist that created it. Maybe he can at least get you to the right song if he doesn't own the rights to sell it.
Wish I could help more.

Thanks. I just sent him a message requesting the name (or a copy if he has the rights to it). While I do feel a bit misled, I understand that it may be my fault for not understanding the lingo and I'm more than willing to pay for it, if I can find it. :P

Well, unfortunately he doesn't have the rights to the music and doesn't remember what the name was or where he go it. So, I'm just out $20. The music was a big reason I bought it, because I liked how the animation was in sync with the beat of the drums. It would look silly just having a random track on there. =(

Unfortunate.
Ask him what the file name of the song is. Maybe do a search for that.
Also post a request in the audio forum with a link to the project you bought. Maybe one of those guys will recognize it or they may have something that would work.

Try this track:

Very similar.
I just searched for "drums dramatic". There were plenty.
