My experience ONLY.. if I have a LOT of videos pending, as in about 100, it is pretty quick, if it is 10 or 20, it fluctuates between 1 day and 5, rare to Go a whole week.
Make sure you submitted your files. Make sure they are showing in the pending tab NOT the refusal or needs edits tab.
