The track has been added to the collection, but not listened to.

Hello friends! I have a question. Several of my tracks have been added to the Collections, but at the same time, in the View column, there is zero. How it works? As far as I understand, listening is counted if only the buyer went to the track page? If the track is listened to from the general page, does it not count? I would appreciate any information, thanks in advance.
