Can I use an image in a tutorial file included with my product?

Just wondering if anyone knows an answer to this. Use agreements are not always clear ;)
I want to use an image from Pond5 as part of a tutorial or help file that will be included in my product. I am not re-selling this but only using it as something to show how to use my product.
Is this legal? If not, then does Pond5 have any extended licenses that allow this?
Thanks!
Tracey

Hello Tracey, thanks for your question.
We do not have any extended licenses for anything on our site at the moment. However, it does sound like your usage of our content is perfectly acceptable, and a normal usage of our content. As long as you're not re-selling the image or offering the image for download, or using an editorial image for commercial purposes, then you should be okay.
Keep in mind, however, I am not a lawyer!

Lets get an extended license program as many other agencies. Some are 5-10 or more of the selling price which is good for P5 and the artist.
