Commercial clips with releases changed to Editorials by P5

Bunch of my clips with no visible logos and with signed releases are now EDITORIALS without option to change them to commercial clips. I get changed policy and looking over old footage (from 7 years ago), but there are so many mistakes by incompetent curators that decide about this that is really hurting reasons to stay on this platform.
Pond5 obviously have one foot in the grave and this is fast way downhill before shutdown.

P5 has tightened the screws a little too much with editorial requirements these days.

I had a shot of the White House with no identifiable people or markings in the shot that got returned because the reviewer wanted me to treat it like an editorial video. But, the White House is cleared for commercial usage. In fact, over on SS, the same clip was accepted as commercial.

Oh well. I fixed the shot here on P5 and resubmitted it. I can't do anything about it, so I just deal with it.

But, I do think the powers-that-be need to get the P5 reviewers on the same page as the SS people.

I hope it's not commercial clips that were already accepted in the past.

Wow. I got to check my previously approved commercial clips.

I just had some clips returned to make them editorial, even though I had a release. They said i needed "additional releases" but could not tell me what they would be. I tried reposting in my normal fashion without a release and they were again returned asking that they posted as editorial with all that date stuff - which has no relevance to the image. In a few weeks I will try again just for interest. They were images of an RV in winter with another RV in the background.

I have probably thousands clearly commercial footage here that has been marked editorial since 2006. Of course it hurts sales but it's their agency and they have to protect themself. At least they do accept editorial.

The part that makes P5 so much better than SS is they return clips so we can make simple changes. SS is very contributor unfriends. They delete and require a full new upload. I know many long time Artists that once rejected will never re-upload to fix minor wording errors.
