Exit from Pond5 Publishing Program.

Hi everyone! Clause eight of the publishing terms https://explore.pond5.com/publishing-terms/ contains the following wording: "If your enrollment terminates or expires, you will need to revert to a non-retitled version of the name of the track (and the related Composition) on the Pond5 marketplace and with PROs going forward." Сan somebody please explain more detailed what exactly happens if i want to leave publishing program. My works will again be distributed under a non-exclusive pond 5 license? And what about revert to non-retitled names of a tracks, will they be automatically renamed?

I would really like to know more about this too. It is very unclear and unclear in the email they sent me. Does anyone have any thoughts?

I also contacted support, and this is what they answer:
"Opting out of Pond5 Publishing requires an 18-month waiting period. As a kind reminder, you can review the benefits and terms of Pond5 Publishing here.https://explore.pond5.com/publishing/
Once removed, that's when the track titles will need to be updated on your end. Your purchased tracks will also not need to be entered via a cue sheet when used in a public performance (such as television, film, radio, or online.)"
Still not quite clear. What are your thoughts on this?
