Looking for Background Animation to Use in a Video I'm Creating

I was just on Pond5, and saw this clip:

I am looking for something similar, but when combined with video, would be more like the effect that occurs in these two clips:

i just wanted to clarify what you are looking for. The effects presented in the 2 youtube clips you presented in your post look like overlays. is this the effect you would like?
i can create a black and white clip that can be easily composited in your NLE/compositing application.

What size and frame rate do you require? any specific codecs to use (i.e. h.264 or PhotoJPEG etc)?

I usually sell 1080p full HD clips on Pond5 for $20. i can offer you this same price as long as i can post it and sell it on Pond5.
