NTSC or PAL

I've been submitting a lot of historic footage lately much to do about wartime, Germany and occupied countries during the war. I'm thinking there maybe a greater European attraction to the footage and if so, should I be submitting PAL format instead of NTSC? Any thoughts?

Yup, leave it in same format as shot. Then of course it was shot on film so depends on how it is transferred to digital. Remember that P5 doesn't allow public domain. We have been told either we need to shoot it or own the original films. For many they seem to allow public domain while saying otherwise.
