Save and Submit for review - button not functioning

So it appears that a number of us are having issues submitting material. Is this something that the engineers are working on to fix, or is this just the sign that some of us are wanted anymore? It's weird that this is just happening to a few of us and not all of us.

I am having the same problem. But footage that I sent in before was accepted after the submit button was finally working again. So,it doesn't seem like a rejection.
