AVCHD Capture problem

Hi everyone,
I have a 32GB SDHC card that I go to my usual log and capture on FCP7 with. Every other card has no problem. But this card, although it will playback fine on the camera, and will have the data transfer to another disk on my computer, immediately crashes FCP when I try to load the capture window. Can't figure out what exactly is wrong--anyone have a solution to this one??
(I'm in a village in Indonesia, so any advice that doesn't require me going to store for service is highly appreciated!)
