Searching with clip ID number

I used to search POND 5 with the clip ID number and it doesn't work anymore!!! So frustrating... am i doing something wrong?

Just checked using a clip ID and it seems to work just fine. Are you using a correct or active clip ID number? Try this one 20477517 I know it's working.

Make sure you have selected 'video' or 'all files' search

Same problem here! Downloaded a bunch of Preview clip and now can't locate the original to purchase.

Make sure you have all files selected. They all come right up for me.

Only found one that didn't work (009861298) out of all you posted.
