I go to my account area. My name and my public name is there along with a message that I need to complete my info ( address, etc) so I do all that and click confirm at the bottom. The next day I come back but its not there-its gone. I do it again and again but it never stays.
Next problem, probably related.
I want to upload clips. I go to help and it says to go to my username>uploads (ok so far) and start uploading. So I go to my username and click on uploads. This takes me to my accounts page. I guess I can't upload until you get my info. Sorry, I,ve tried.
