Got my new computer in yesterday and ran a few tests using the same footage file on Premiere Pro CS6.
Old Computer Dell XPS 9100 12GB I7 3.4 Ghz 1GB video card
New Computer Dell XPS 8700 24GB I7 4th Gen at 3.9 Ghz 2GB video card
Test running warp stabilizer then export QT PJPEG at 92%.
Old: warp stab: 5:53 min export: 1:35 min
New" warp stab 3:43 min export: 1:47 to HD and 1:47 to SSD.
So warp stabilizing much faster but export to hard drive or SSD slightly slower on new system.

Is the operating system or Premiere installed on the SSD or HD?

the operating system and Adobe products are on the SSD

What GPU do you have? Maybe the old one had more Cuda cores? Did you unlocked it for Premiere & After Effects CS6 - Take a look here:
