Is anyone else having an issue attaching releases to videos all of the sudden? For some reason it doesn't register when I attached it. Thanks.

It's a pin in the a$$ having to keyword and input data on one page then go to a completely different page to attach the releases. I can't figure out why it can't be done at both places to help the workload and time. I haven't had a problem in a while with them sticking but it does happen many times. It's a pain because once I keyword I don't go back to make sure if it sticks. I don't have time to double check several times, it needs to be fool proof one time and it works or there will be errors.

Thanks Don, yeah I've been doing it the same way I always do but for some reason it won't stick. I'll just have to try tomorrow. Maybe its a glitch.

Hello gentlemen,
I don't have any news or developments to share as far as how attaching releases works, but I can say that it's something the team is aware of and thinking about. The more we can to do make uploading and managing content easier, the better! :)
If you're getting error messages, please http://help.pond5.com/hc/requests/new so we can document and correct any issues that may be cropping up. We'll also be happy to help you troubleshoot any problems you're having.

Thanks Jonathan! I solved my particular problem by switching from my Google Chrome browser to a Safari browser.
