How to insert clip bins on edit page

How do I link or insert related clip bins in my description for a footage clip? And are clip bins the same as collections?

Yes clip bins are the same as collections. Just use the ID number of the collection. Then simply use the buttons here (below) to create your links/text. Don't post to the forums, just copy and paste the text you create here into your description using the buttons below.
