Just want to share my computer specification (My first custom build)
I already running my new computer for 4 months and it is working flawless.

Case: Thermaltake Chaser A71 VP400M1W2N Black SECC ATX Full Tower Case

Motherboard: ASUS X79 DELUXE

CPU: Intel Core i7-4820K
CPU Cooler: CORSAIR Hydro Series H105 Extreme Performance 240mm Liquid CPU Cooler

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX TITAN BLACK 6GB

Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws Z Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000)

Power Supply: Thermaltake Toughpower Grand TPG-850M 850W ATX 12V v2.3 & SSI EPS 12V v2.92 SLI CrossFire 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Active PFC Power Supply

SSD: SAMSUNG 840 Pro Series MZ-7PD256BW 2.5" 256GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

Microsoft Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit

Blu-ray Burner/reader: Pioneer Black Blu-ray Burner SATA BDR-2209

Media reader: StarTech 35FCREADBK3 USB 2.0 Supports CompactFlash type I/II, SD/miniSD/microSD/SDHC/SDXC, MMC/RS-MMC/HS-

Total Cost ~$3800 (Yeah, that would be enough to buy decent camera, it was a hard decision for me)

Why so powerful?

- It is all about animation and rendering (it takes all %100 of computing power) and then video editing (I can put multiple effects and still see everything in real time, this is extremely useful since I don't have to render edited video to see results).
- Will keep my room warm in winter days:)

Have any questions about my Computer Specs?

Nice. Curios to hear in the future how that Samsung SSD will be holding up. I read some good reviews but it is always better to hear reports first hand.

They already released new one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147360
One SSD may not be enough In the future, I will buy second SSD and put them in Raid0. It does crash Sometimes when I move a lot of big files while doing some rendering (I think, I push it too far) doesn't happen anymore (I try to avoid doing too many stuff at once). Something with GPU when I try to do two things (Ex. rendering and video editing).

Additional info about my PC specs:
Intel Core i7-4820K is overclocked to 4.5GH (This is stable enough to run it 24h/7) 4.7 is a max (I don't do that)
EVGA GeForce GTX TITAN BLACK 6GB is overclocekd to 1119MH (This is stable enough to run it 24h/7) I don't even try to go higher.
Power consumption: About $1 per 24h when in full load.

Upgraded with 2 x GTX 590 and it cut my rendering time by almost 3x. This is awesome, now I can do more complex animations.

- I had to upgrade PSU from 850W to 1250W and install 3 additional fans and replace stock ones (installed with case) with more efficient (more RPM/m). I still have to run all of them full speed to keep 3 GPUs cool enough to keep them running 24/7 in stable overclocked speed - I don't care about noise.

I hope this will help for some new computer builders. If you plan to use 2 or more GPUs make good decision when comes to choosing a motherboard. For Fermi GPUs (stock fans) is best to have 3x Pci-e slot space to allow more space between double Pci-e slot Graphic cards.

As for best rendering cards (Based on Blender 3d software):

- GTX 590 performs almost good as GTX Titan Black, but 590 consumes more power and it is louder. It is good to have GTX Ti Black's 6G of graphic memory If you plan to build massive scenery.
- Skip 600 series and and 700 series up to GTX 750
- Maybe GTX 970, 980 will perform better, just wait for benchmarks before making purchase.

Hi Matthef,
Congrats, good hardware! Just wondering:
1. Only one drive for the whole system, the SSD? Or do you have additional (RAIDed) drives which you didn't mention?
2. Is the processor powerful enough to keep 3 GPU's supplied with enough data in order to keep them reasonably busy? How high numbers are you getting on you GPU usage percentage?
