Two clips seen in an edition of Monumental Mysteries.

Seen on the Travel Channel, an episode of Monumental Mysteries (dated 2014) which contains a segment about a plan to fit bats with incendiary devices during WW2. They were to be released over Japan in order to burn down the largely wooden housing without much loss of human life. During the testing phase at a US military base some escaped and hid in the nooks and crannies of buildings as they were expected to do - and burnt the base down.
