Audio files disappearing

I have edited some audio files and submitted them which are pending. I have since found they have completely gone. Any idea why ?

People who may have experienced the same errors may want to comment or suggest hence why I posted here..

A file I once uploaded (the sound of a vibrator) (yes, umm) also "vanished".
This was the case, because I keyworded it with words like "sex" etc., and pond5 a while ago decided to filter these out, if there is no explicit check made in advanced search to not filter these type of searches. I myself had a hard time finding my own file in pond5.
I don't suppose this is the case with you, just wanted to tell just in case.
