Security Certificate Problems

So why is the internet security certificate not valid. Why would we want buyers to have to click that they understand the risk? Seems like many won't accept the risk and will not stay here to buy. Sounds like something important ... real important to fix.

Confirm: while trying to log in I had the yellow/black warning screen with Take me out of here!

I'm sure that many customers even artists will be worried about it.

This is understandable for a company like P5.

Even from facebook if you want to see a posted clip you get this warning

Sorry guys, we had a problem with an expired certificate. It is now fixed.

Not fixed here. Still getting warnings. Very annoyed as well, also some "shoppingdealfactory" bs has infected my browser. Interesting that this happened at the same time. Related?

No, it's not related for sure. The old certificate is still used to encrypt your connection, but the warning is issued by the browser because it is an expired certificate.

It might take a while (expect up to a few hours) for the DNS change to propagate all over the world. Until then, some users might experience certificate warnings.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We are changing our certificate renewal process to avoid this from happening in the future.

I was called by other artists who said that this error was not fixed...but of course maybe will take some hours to be updated in the system.

Fixed here in Waterloo Canada, technical problems happen and humans are not perfect, a Sunday morning or a Sunday night is probably the best time anyways for a problem to happen, not too many affected vs in the middle of a business day. Now that it's fixed I am hoping to see dozens of sales each day this week........hmmm.
