Somebody please help me!

Just bought a trailer to try with adobe premier CS6( which I have never used before), and it says this version of CS6 will not work with mac OSX 10.9 Can somebody PLEASE ADVISE?

Sounds more like an issue for Adobe. Perhaps you need to get a newer version of Premiere Pro as CS6 is becoming an almost unsupported version all around.
