Hello,
I use Sony Vegas Pro 13 and DNxHD editing movies.
Is Sony Vegas Pro 13 has a license for the codec Quick Time Photo Jpg?
If you sell movies in QuickTime Photo Jpg. I can not find information on whether the codec is for commercial use?

Everyone in the stock industry uses it, it's one of the standard codecs.
If you install Quicktime you will get that codec in your export options of the sony software.

Someone a short while back was panicking about h.264 and PJPEG legality. Like Scott and many others have said, don't worry ... be happy. It's all ok.

Show me where is the information that the Photo JPEG codec is free for commercial use and does not require a license from Apple Quick Time.
I know that there is only one free codec for Motion Jpeg commercialism but the image is of poor quality.

If you are worried about it find another codec.

You've been using Apple ProRes 422 so far so what is the issue with PJPEG? I'd worry more about Apple than JPEG. Motion JPEG is for interlaced, you are shooting a Nikon dslr so that is really not an option. Since you really don't want to listen to great advise from Scott or me I suggest you contact P5 directly. Your main objective should be to shoot some more diverse subject matter. Slight variations of common rivers and trees will not take you too far in sales. A lot of competition with these subjects. Try to find a niche or subject that is not over saturated. Wish you the best but your questions looks like you just don't want the answer you will get.
Good luck

I believe p5 recommends photojpg as a codec in their help section.

I'm learning. I know that I have a weak films.
I record the recorder Atomos Ninja 2 codec Apple Pro Ress or DNxHD for editing in Sony Vegas Pro 13 and exporting QuickTime Jpg Photo. Atomos is licensed to codecs Apple Pro Ress and DNxHD. So I guess I sell? I guess I do not have to pay any license to these codecs.
Sometimes I do not use the recorder Atomos Ninja 2. I record movies SLR is why I asked whether Sony Vegas Pro 13 editing can be saved in codec Quick Time Photo Jpg. Pond5 also asked some time ago and did not answer my question.
That's why I'm looking for information about codec license QuickTime Photo Jpg.
