looking for videos of people studying online

Hi, I am making a new business www.medicalenglishtuition.com and I need some footage of young people studying from their homes with family members walking in and out of view and the siblings or parents maybe looking, pointing and laughing. The course is fun so they shouldn't look too serious, and they shouldn't be typing all the time because they will be watching video presentations and answering quiz quesitons in the online learning modules. They could be talking to the laptop in some of the videos, or holding their phones and talking whilst watching their laptops. They could be puzzling about something whilst doing an online quiz (so not talking in this one) then smile and click on an answer, or click and then smile when they see they have got the answer right. I need chinese, japanese, african, indian, indonesian etc. I don't need audio.
I am looking in the price range of 20-30 dollars per video. They only need to be short.
