Ideas about review process and for curators - No complain ;o)

Hi everybody,
I know.... I know.......and we all know that we are all experiencing long time review those days and I'm not here to complain about it.
I'm sure the curators are doing there best !
BUT !
I was told that to not give advantage to anyone, if you are new to pond 5 with a shitty shaky iphone video , or you are putting professional stuff for 5 years, the cue is the same. For me this is clearly disadvantage for professional people like me.
Now if you think further, Pond5 makes money on what is sold, so they would have a BIG advantage of processing professional rapidly to make them come more on the platform... and make more money, and be able to hire more curator... etc...
So two ideas I thought about :
1 - Creating a VIP status that curator can give (or take back) you if they thing you provided enough good and professional content to earn it.
And with this concept you will have 2 cue (one for everybody and one for VIP) knowing that doing that perhaps less professional will leave the platform because of review time (witch is the case now). And more professional content could be sold rapidly.
2 - I know this is hard to do, but imagine a software that could automatically scan the video when it's uploaded (like the one who automatically create keywords for you based on the picture) that detect if the video is to "shaky" or detect "jello" effect (typically from poor smartphone video) or anything that show that the video is under pond5 standards, and automatically reject it ? This could save a lot of time to curators, no ?
Anyway that was just some thought ... but I think this could open a really interesting discussion !
Other than that personally I'm selling on pond5 since 2010 and has always been happy with the system / service / payments / etc...
Sorry also for my english , I'm french ;o)
Shootingly !

Love the VIP idea. Hate the auto-reject idea. Nothing done automatically is ever remotely accurate. Look at the keywords auto generator for a good example. Also, some shots may be extremely shaky but still very sellable (think handheld shots of protests in the streets). The VIP type idea is one that has been pushed for quite some time but P5 has never done anything about it.

I've always been an advocate of some sort of VIP system where if you've made a certain amount of $ for the company, say between $30,000 - $50,000 then your clips are prioritized or subject to more relaxed curation. Some will bitch at this idea but I see nothing wrong with rewarding profitable hard work in this way.

All great companies should have a VIP rewards based on how much it has helped it get started and make money long term. Yes indeed when an Artist makes somewhere between $75K to $100K then they have proved they know what they are doing. Priorities such as curation and search results should be a perk.

Thank you guys for participate this discussion.
Unfortunately I think It will be hard to have a response from pond 5... I wrote them an email... no answer...
IT's nearly 2 month now that some of my work is pending review...
Hope it will change... I don't know , perhaps outsourcing somewhere with good trained people ?
