Pond 5 is no longer excepting 2.5k!?!? :(

My workflow for the past 3 years has been shoot raw with the BMCC then export a version in ProRes HQ for selling on stock sites like pond 5. Well my last batch was just all rejected because the resolution was 2.5k. However this never used to be a problem. I have hundreds maybe even over 1000 clips with the 2.5k resolution that have been excepted in the past. I guess I am wondering what changed? Last batch that was accepted was maybe a month ago? I usually submit a batch of 100 clips every month or so. Wondering if any one else has had this problem? Are there stats showing people won't buy 2.5k over 1080p? If I were editing I would want the resolution just in case I wanted to crop, or stabelize etc. so that's why I always stuck with the 2.5k resolution myself.

We've been asking for some time now about DCI 4K and UHD; both in the forum and in site support messages and have not received any information or comment back from P5. Sure would be more professional to get a list of subjects and resolutions that will not be accepted ahead of rejections. Maybe a month warning so we as Artists don't waste our time anymore.

I don't see why those would be rejected... More resolution the better!

Was the aspect ratio on it wrong maybe? What was the exact rejection reason?

Again I've submitted a ton of footage in the past with this exact frame size and it was all accepted...
