The best way to transfer 4K

I use filezilla.

I'm not sure if there's a way to not lose connection or bytes... some sites offer resuming, but I never trust resuming and usually just restart.

Other option is to send in a hard drive, some places accept that.

@ JoannP The problem with fragmented footage is more then likely your IP and not filezilla. I've used filezilla for 10 years now without any problems.

filezilla or I perfer cyberduck. pond5 has the best interface for directly uploading 4k right on the site with minimum failures.
