How Well Do Photos Sell Here

I am currently remaining photo exclusive at iStock after I dropped video exclusive. How well do photos
sell here?

In my experience not very well, but I'll qualify that statement. After dropping IS exclusivity on photos I do very little new stock photography for RF commercial sales. I have uploaded about 120 existing images to several stock sites. Most of the images are already on IS. Of that set of 120 images, over a year or so I have sold dozens at SS, a few at FT and hardly any at DT. I have sold just one at Pond5 - BUT because I have priced all my still images here at $12, i got a half-decent cut for it. The joy of Pond5, at least for now, is that you can name your own price and if the customer needs that image it is quite likely they will fork out for it.

Thanks, that is what I thought was the case. I am still exclusive with photos at iStock, just dropped my video exclusive. I like you can set your own price here so I hope the photo side takes off here, if not I will just stay exclusive with my photos.

A half way decent cut at $12. High goals, good luck.

Several thousands here and usually not a sale every month.
