I have been trying to upload via FTP and I am getting the same issue that is described in the other thread. The upload gets to the end and then restarts. Is there anything that I can do?

keep the discussion in the other thread, then as P5 works the issue they only have to answer in one place.

That's not the same problem that we have. The issue under investigation is that file uploads do not resume where they left off if they are interrupted by a comms failure.
Scott normally suggests changing the transmission mode in the FTP client from Passive to Active when people have this repeating "re-upload at EOF" problem. Try that SC, and see if it makes a difference.

Yeah, I have tried that with two different clients to no avail... I will try from another machine that is not on wifi to see if that helps.

There is a new patch on ftp3 which solves a few problems. Possibly SerialCoder's problem too. ftp3.pond5.com is right now a bit of a test server. If this is too annoying we could easily start a new pure test server, but I fear we won't have anyone actually testing it then. The best stress test of a machine is to have actual users doing their thing on them.
