codec video???

Can someone help me????
I downloaded a video converter to get the fairest possible size for sale !!!
At this point, who can suggest me the best configuration among the following?
mov with h264 codec
.mov with MJPEG codec
.mov with mpeg 4 codec

??? I considered just the .mov format because it is probably the best !!!

.mov and PJPEG. Get used to large file sizes and don't worry about it.
