Can't sign New Contributor agreement

It says by choosing I Agree, you are approving the NC agreement, but there is no "I Agree" on the New Contributor Agreement page to choose. I've refreshed the page, gone back and reclicked the link on my contributor page to the agreement, and everything I can think to do. Anyone know how I can agree? Thanks!

No there is no button this time, it is jut a reminder for you so that you can take your time and read the new agreements.
