Pond5 forces me to look and listed when sampling music tracks.

This is a 2-part question/complaint. Hopefully someone has found a better workaround than I have or this is a feature in development.
1) When I leave my Pond5 tab to do work in other tabs or minimize my browser altogether to work in another application Pond5 pauses whatever music track I was listening to until I re-open that tab again, meaning I cannot do anything at all while listening to music samples, even on my two screen setup. This is infuriating, mostly because I feel as though their web team deliberately coded this feature in to keep people from leaving the Pond5 site. This does quite the opposite. I want to be able to leave Pond5 open in a minimized tab while I work elsewhere while music tracks play so I can find the one that suits my project. I cannot possibly be expected to simply stare at waveforms all day until I have found a song I like. Mental. If you want to make more sales, remove that terrible bug.
My current workaround for this is to open each song one-by-one, and then minimize my browser window super fast right before the song's page loads, which seems to prevent it from realizing that it is not the top window, but this is annoying as hell, hard to time right and still requires me repeating the process for every single song. This leads into my next question/complaint.
2) Has pond 5 still not found a way to add a player? I would love to be able to select a genre, or a playlist created by staff, myself or other users, click play all, sit back and work on something else. If I hear songs I like I can jump back over to favorite them or save them to a playlist.
Please take a look at MUSICBED to see how it should be done, Anyone else have this frustration and would like to see Pond5 remove the automatic pause and add a music player.
