Review Emails

Earlier, when I got review results forwarded to my home mail address, it had a section that would list each clip with the result. Now the mail is basicly blank, just saying that clips have been reviewed. Would it be possible to change that so that the mail contains some information on the results? A simple list like this:

87563 - approved
48075 - approved
28565 - not approved: too many similar
86346 - approved

would do. (Obviouly please replace the numbers with the relevant clip ID numbers. ;-) )

I really liked the small thumb of each clip with the approval or not-approved. Video ID number is to much work trying to figure out which clip, that is the best submitter feature here at P5 that other sites don't have, realtime thumbs or actual video for keywording and approval status, don't change that please. The old way is best IMHO. Thanks

Yes, for the sitemail that's definitly the best and I would not want that changed.

I was talking about the emails that go out to our "home address".

Sitemail and community use the same code so to make it a "clean" fix, we need to think it thru to get it right.

Hmm, yes, we decided not to copy the text of sitemails into the notification emails, and only to include the direct link back to the sitemail. That way, folks will read the sitemail as it is meant to be displayed, with the icons, and be able to respond to the curator or edit their clips right there. We found that when the emails went out with the full text, people tended not to login as much.

Varius, do you mind having to click on the link in the notification email? We can change this, so that there is a special email-formatted notification that goes out along with the sitemail, but I'm a little hesitant because it means people would be logging in less etc.

Well... I believe my last rejection was a couple of months ago, so usually I just want to see if all clips made it. So, if you want me to log in more often that's working so far. Problem is, if I log in more often, I spend less time editing and shooting. ;-)

Really, it's not an issue at all. I'd just prefere to have something informative in my private email. I just wondered why that disappeared.

Marcus, push it down to the bottom of the ToDo. 1.0 is much more important. ;-)
