Media requirements

Hello all, I came across it before but I cannot find it for the life of me. I'm new here and uploaded a few clips but the have been in pending review status for a couple days now. I'm assuming something is wrong with the format or something because I cannot find the page that lists all the requirements. If someone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
