entering keywords not possible

Hi there,
I am new as a contributor to pond5. For my first uploads I tried to enter the keywords. But there are no suggested keywords shown and typing the keywords into the text box is not accepted or recognized by the system ("Please enter at least 5 keywords."). What to do?

Just check and everything works great one my end. At least on the footage side. I don't use suggested keywords, doesn't help leads to spam if not used properly.
