The four things to get you selling on stock:
Quantity - How much content you have.. there are millions of files available. The more you upload the higher the chance you'll win the sales lottery.
Quality - uploading a tone of stuff that isn't good won't work. Make sure the quantity you are uploading is quality stuff. keep learning and fine tuning your craft.
Diversity - Don't be a cannibal. You can have a tone of really high quality stuff that all looks/sounds the same and you still have low sales. Thats because you are cannibalizing your own content with more of the same of your own content. explore different areas, creating something new.
Time - Patience will be what makes or breaks you as a stock contributor. It takes time for your stuff to make its way up the search results. There is no get rich quick scheme here. Hard work and focus on the above points are great but realize that a great library takes time to built. Don't get discouraged, get working on more of the above.
