Hi there, I am looking for someone that can make those cool, moving maps of the globe that zoom in for specific areas without too much annoying detail like GoogleEarth has. I'm interested in someone who can work in the NTSC or HD format.

That is pretty easy to do, all you do is take a picture of a map and add the effect ccspheare in after effects (for a basic globe).... The problem is finding a map that you have the rights to. I have noticed a lot of users on here are using maps that are CLEARLY copyrighted. Some times people use usgs maps, some of those are copyright free (public domain) but not all of them are.
Its not hard to do, PROVIDED that you offer some map of the earths surface that is copyright free.

Are you looking for something like this?

I have a bunch in my portfolio and can custom make them if someone wants a specific city.

If you get Google Earth Pro, you can do just that.
It's what broadcast studios use as well.
