Error in file, can't re-download

What does one do when the file you download doesn't play correctly? If I try to re-download it, it just says "Item already downloaded", and that's even if I want to download the HD version instead of the 4k version. So...I'm not sure what to do now because I really want this clip that I paid for! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
