Zeiss 50mm f1.4 ZE Planar T* - Canon Mount

I hit my head too hard and had an Epiphany.

Could this be my Holy grail of video lenses?

Zeiss 50mm f1.4 ZE Planar T* - Canon Mount

It would be 100mm on my GH1... but 50mm on a T2i.

Any thoughts?

The set of lenses is $20,000 I think even one would be in the thousands so I'll stick with my Canon 50mm 1.4
Or this may be a pretty good deal for extreme DOF or low light at f .95 for $795

Canon L or a Zeiss prime.... tough call.

Hmm, I think for the $700 I would be more inclined to go with the .95
I think Ziess is great lens but I would like to see some video with a 50mm canon L and a 50mm ziess to compare.

Word is that the 50mm .95 is a reworked CCTV lens.
