Templates Tab is off ???

What is just happening at the site? The templates tab is off!

Curious, now it's back

Sometimes i think i'm stupid because i don't find the Templates tab. Now it happens again, but as i note only in Firefox, while in Chrome the Uploads page looks quite different.
