Premiere CS5 with Cuda support!

Looks like the 5d/7d users don't need to transcode their files anymore. The new premiere cs5 has cuda support which uses the gpu of your nvidia card.

The video shows 9 original 5d clips played smoothly at the same time in 1 screen.

Wow, that content aware thing is insane for photoshop.

I still run CS3, not sure if I am going to update right away because of $$$ :-(

The cheapest Nvidia card compatible with CS5 is $400 if you don't already have one... The CS5 upgrade is already gonna cost me around $900... sigh.

Hmmm crap i missed that part about the nvidia card. I expected it would work with every nvidia card :(

Funny how they are announcing it officially on the first day of the NAB show - I will most likely be in their booth (hopefully). :)

Maybe they will pass out some free copies!

I think they do draw for free stuff. So it's not unheard of.
