How to submit my web presence ?

my assets are waiting for approval, but i am receiving mail for to submit my web presence, but i don't find any method or text box for giving my web presence to pond5

i have send the mail to Pond5 Team <support@pond5.com>,
Pond5 <hello@e.pond5.com>, but still i am getting the mail to submit my web presence,
can any one help me to submit my web presence to pond5,
