filezilla or ftp pnd5 problem

Since shortly when I upload files to ftp3 I frequently getting time out error. The file starts resume upload, but in pond all junks of the files are listed. Any idea?

just an observation will all FTP uploads on limited bandwidth - seems the slower you upload the more problems you get with the files. For example, partial files upload forever, then upload again, refuse to complete. get yourself to a faster connection... I had too...
