Target bitrate and Maximum bitrate settings

Anyone have a guideline for what I should set my target bitrate and maximum bitrate to in Premier Pro for the highest quality?

I shoot on Sony A7r3 - s-log2

So what are you rendering to? MJPEG, h.264/265, ProRes etc etc? I try to keep the bit rate as close as possible to what the camera shoots. Makes little sense to shoot at 500 - 800 mbs like my Canon 1DX MK II shoots and then render and save at 100. So if you want to save at 60-100 then buy a cheaper camera that shoots at that level. Keep everything as close to what the camera capabilities are. Process only to the level to ensure it's properly exposed and natural.
