How does the model release get connected to the appropriate video?

I have a video with a person in it (my wife, actually) and she signed a model release. I uploaded the release to Pond5 and I checked the "Model Release" box on the info page for the video. But I don't see how Pond5 connects that video to that model release. It would seem to me that the ideal thing to do is have an input field when you upload a video (or photo) that has the item number for the video (or photo). That way, it would be easy to correlate the release to the video.

Or did I miss such a feature and it is actually there? If there is no such field for the item number when uploading a model release, how does the release get connected to the appropriate video?

while you have your list of upload up, check the check boxes to the right of the clip, then select "attach release" from the pull down menu at the bottom of the page. it will then present all the releases to choose from.
