SD file download?

I open a 'your media was purchased on pond5' email and to my surprise and disappointment I discover that one of my files has been purchased in SD format. So i look through my portfolio to discover that random videos have been given the option to be purchased at SD size $15 or $25 dollars !?

After all these years are we really going back in time, seriously?

PLEASE somebody tell me if there's a way to switch this off.
