Can't upload releases

@DarioOz - you should have received a message entitled ”Your uploads have been reviewed” from our curator team. That message explains why the release was rejected.

You’re also able to see the status of the release in the ID column on your releases page. There will be a “checkmark" or an “x" to the left of the ID number.

We’re working on adding some additional copy to these pages for clarity.

In the meantime, don’t hesitate to reach out to support@pond5.com with any other questions and concerns.

These 4 items are 3 clips and a model release, i guess...
This does not make submitting work easy ... will have to contact support

Excuse me!! I am new in Pond5. How about the status? What does online mean? It means that the song, image, video are being reviewed by curators?

@ Bachsambora No. Online means that the song, image, or video has been approved by a curator and is online for sale.
