Footage uploading problem

I’ve had this problem with uploading footage before with adding keywords, but now it is impossible ..!

The keywords are not added properly and it's impossible for me to submit the footage.

What can I do, It’s really annoying and time consuming thet it is not functional. I have tried with two browsers, but nothing works …
