Can't upload a file ! Processing failed

Hi guys,

I have been attempting to upload my audio file but it didn't go through and the system said "Corrupt video codec. Please see our upload guidelines." I was a bit confused since I've never have this problem before. My audio format always Wav / 44100. I did try uploading a different file but it didn't work as well. I'd like to know what happened to my audio file.

WAV is just a container file and can contain audio encoded in various formats.

- Have you checked the data is stored as PCM (i.e. raw "pulse code modulated" audio data)?
- What bit-resolution are you using (for example: 16-bit or is it 32-bit floating point) ?
- And how many channels are embedded?
